What this site does

This site hosts partnership proposals for Hjelte Racing. It has no accounts, no newsletter, no contact forms and no advertising. We do not run analytics or tracking scripts, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Cookies

One functional cookie is used. When you unlock a proposal page with the password you received, we store a cookie that only records that this browser has access to that proposal. It is httpOnly, it expires after 30 days, and it is not used for tracking or shared with anyone. No consent banner is needed for it, and there are no other cookies.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web server, their infrastructure processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to serve the site and keep it secure. Vercel acts as our processor for this.

Embedded video

Some proposal pages contain a YouTube video that only loads once you click play. From that moment YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy. Do not click play if you would rather avoid that.

Your rights and contact

Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. For anything privacy-related, or to report a concern, contact Hjelte Racing directly. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
