What this site does

This site hosts partnership proposals for Hjelte Racing. It has no accounts, no newsletter, no contact forms and no advertising. We do not sell or share data with anyone, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Cookies

One functional cookie is used. When you unlock a proposal page with the password you received, we store a cookie that only records that this browser has access to that proposal. It is httpOnly, it expires after 30 days, and it is not used for tracking or shared with anyone. No consent banner is needed for it, and there are no other cookies.

Measurement on proposal pages

On the proposal pages themselves we measure how the proposal is read, so we know which parts are useful and which are not: the page opened, which sections appeared on screen, which films were played, how far the page was scrolled and how long the visit lasted. This runs on PostHog, on European servers, as our processor.

It is deliberately limited. There is no session recording, no keystroke or form capture, and no automatic click tracking, so the password screen is never measured. The measurement stores nothing on your device: no analytics cookie and no local storage, which is why no consent banner is needed. We do not attempt to identify you personally; because these proposals are shared with a small named group, we may still be able to infer who a visit belongs to.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web server, their infrastructure processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to serve the site and keep it secure. Vercel acts as our processor for this.

Embedded video

Some proposal pages contain a YouTube video that only loads once you click play. From that moment YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy. Do not click play if you would rather avoid that.

Your rights and contact

Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. For anything privacy-related, or to report a concern, contact Hjelte Racing directly. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
